"The property is just as described, and looks just like the pictures. Home was clean and cozy. I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures! You cannot beat this affordable price. Our host Dawn ensured everything was perfect for our stay. We had absolutely no issues. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Water was hot and pressure was good. AC was cold and there are also ceiling fans. TVs worked and had free apps to watch movies. If you rent, please be respectful of the rules and of the property. It's a really nice home and I would definitely stay here again when I come to visit my family. "

"This property has had a bad reputation in the past, but it has now been renovated. The king bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean but sloppy caulking in the bathroom makes the floor around the toilet look dirty but it is not dirty. The shower was fine with a good shower head and hot water. It was a very hot, humid day and night, but the air conditioning kept us cool. The person checking us in was friendly and helpful. There is nothing fancy about this place but it met our needs adequately."
